Terms of Service

Below are my TOS regarding adopts and commissions:

> I, as the artist...
- Am allowed to post the finished product on social media such as my Toyhouse as an example of my services, unless requested otherwise.
- Have the right to turn down your commission/drop it in the case of an unforeseen event.
- Have the right to turn down commission requests.>You, as the client...- Have the right to a full/partial refund, depending on the progress. Asking for a refund after the drawing has been completed is not allowed.
- Are allowed to use the work for NON-PROFIT REASONS only, such as profile pictures, mascot, etc.
- Can ask for MINOR changes after the drawing has been complete.

>If you have gotten an adopt from me:- You are allowed to make minor changes to their design, but nothing too harsh.
- You are allowed to use the character for non-profit reasons and as a mascot.
- Deleting the original design drawing or claiming yourself as the designer will result in a blacklist.
- You are allowed to resell/trade the adopt for the same price you acquired it.
